IMPORTANT EXCHANGE / RETURN INFORMATION

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange by contacting sales@tissafontaneda.com

Please make sure that all designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Take care when handling light-colored bags and accessories if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the items. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

 

INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE SOBRE CAMBIOS / DEVOLUCIONES

Dispone de 14 días desde la recepción de su pedido para solicitar un cambio o devolución,  contactando a través del email sales@tissafontaneda.com.

El producto ha de devolverse en perfecto estado, incluyendo todo el packaging, como fundas, etiquetas o muestras de piel. Por favor, tenga especial cuidado con los artículos en colores claros mientras lo tenga en su poder. La ropa oscura puede manchar nuestros productos.
