Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed automatically. You will receive an email with tracking once your parcel leaves our Spanish warehouse (typical dispatch: 1–2 business days).

Estimated delivery

• European Union: 3–5 business days — Shipping: Free

• United Kingdom: 3–6 business days — €50

• Rest of World: 4–8 business days — €80

Duties & taxes (international)
Shipments to the United Kingdom and Rest of World are typically sent DAP (Delivered At Place). Any local duties, taxes or clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery attempts & address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Failed deliveries, refusals, or unclaimed parcels may incur return costs.

Restrictions
We may be unable to ship to certain countries or PO boxes. If applicable, we will contact you to arrange alternatives or a refund.
