2. Scope
These Terms govern your access to tissafontaneda.com and purchases made through our online store.

3. Eligibility & account
You must be 18+ to purchase. You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., malware, unauthorized access, automated scraping). We may suspend access in case of misuse.

4. Products, orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will email an order acknowledgement; the purchase contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. Availability, descriptions and pricing may change.

5. Prices, taxes & currency
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated. EU prices include VAT. For UK/ROW, any duties/taxes are shown at checkout or due on delivery (see Shipping Policy).

6. Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Authorization checks may be performed before dispatch.

8. Returns & refunds
See Return & Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)
Where applicable by law, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period from delivery to cancel without reason. To exercise it, notify us and return the goods in suitable condition. Refunds will be processed as required by law. This is in addition to our commercial returns policy.

10. Legal guarantee
EU consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is non-conforming, contact us for repair, replacement or refund according to applicable law.

11. Intellectual property
All content (images, logos, text) is owned by or licensed to TISSA FONTANEDA and protected by applicable laws. No commercial use without prior written consent.

12. Liability
We do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded by law. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Courts of Madrid (Spain) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forums.

We may update these Terms; changes apply from publication.
